Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping to the USA takes 6-11 business days. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days before shipping.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum purchase required.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order on our Track My Order page.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
If your package hasn't arrived within 15 business days, please contact us at info@luvrefashion.com and we'll investigate and resolve the issue.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Contact our customer service team at info@luvrefashion.com with your order number. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.
Do you offer exchanges?
No, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you receive your new item as quickly as possible.
What items can be returned?
Only unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached can be returned. Items that have been worn, washed, or show signs of use will not be accepted.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days after processing.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.

How do I find my size?
Check our Size Guide for detailed measurements and fitting advice. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Are your products true to size?
Most of our items run true to size. Each product page includes specific sizing notes when applicable. Check the product description for fit details.
What materials do you use?
We use a variety of high-quality materials including cotton, polyester, silk blends, and more. Material composition is listed on each product page.
How should I care for my clothes?
Care instructions are included on each garment's label and product page. Generally, we recommend washing in cold water and hang drying to maintain quality.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes! Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption and we never store your full credit card details. All transactions are processed through Shopify Payments, a PCI-compliant payment processor.
Account & Orders
Do I need an account to order?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save addresses, and checkout faster.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us immediately at info@luvrefashion.com if you need to modify or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so changes may not be possible once processing has begun.
I haven't received my order confirmation email
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact us with your order details and we'll resend the confirmation.
