Thank you for shopping at Luvre Fashion. We operate with transparency and want to ensure you are fully informed about our refund and return processes. By placing an order on luvrefashion.com, you agree to the terms below.
1. Return Period
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Address
Please note that we are a Dutch-registered company. All returns must be sent to our facility in The Netherlands.

3. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (Order number).
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards:
- Swimwear, bodysuits, and intimates.
- Gift cards.
- Items clearly marked as "Final Sale".
4. Return Costs & Restocking Fees
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our facility in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Defective/Wrong Item: If you received a damaged or incorrect product, Luvre Fashion will cover the return shipping costs or provide a full refund without a return (subject to photo evidence).
5. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, you must contact us first to receive a Return Authorization.
- Email us at info@luvrefashion.com with your Order Number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation email (within 24 hours).
- Pack your item securely and send it to the address provided above.
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return at our Amsterdam facility, we will notify you if the refund was approved.
- Approval: If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
- Processing Time: Please remember it can take 5-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
What is considered a defect?
Rips, holes, broken zippers, or wrong items.
What is NOT a defect?
Minor color variations due to screen resolution, loose threads that can be trimmed, or fit issues (please check our Size Guide before ordering).
8. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase by emailing info@luvrefashion.com. After 12 hours, the order is likely in processing or shipment and cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait for the item to arrive and then follow the return process.
